Enrollment Process

1. Download and complete an enrollment application.  (Applications are also available in our school office.)

2. Return the completed application along with your child's supporting documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Insurance Card
  • Health Form
  • Parent / Guardian Photo ID
  • Authorized Pick Up Person Photo ID
  • Registration fee

Once received,  the application will be processed and families will be contacted to schedule an enrollment interview with our director.

Families waiting for admission are notified of openings as they become available. To add prospective students to the Ties Tots waiting list, a two week deposit is required. 

Families are accepted on a trial basis. A period of transition observations, assessments, and parent teacher conferences complete the enrollment process.

Current Families

Families will be invited to participate in the Procare Parent Engagement App which allows  families to:

  • View and easily update family contact information
  • View authorized drop-off/pick-up providers
  • Enable contactless check-in and pick-up
  • Communicate easily with teachers
  • Receive daily reports about their child's activities
  • View daily lesson plans and activities

Financial Aid

Child Care Subsidy:  The state and federal governments have made funding available to assist qualifying low income families pay for their child care fees through the subsidized child care program. Find out if you are eligible. 

Children's Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia: 

CSFP provides four-year, needs-based, partial scholarships for up to three school age children in a family living in Philadelphia. This scholarship will help pay for tuition fees from KG - 8th grade. Find out how to apply:

Join us for a tour of our school. Currenlty, all tours are virtual and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
